I am in need of a specialist programmer with expertise in creating advanced chatbots for both website and mobile application platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- The chatbot should have the capability to integrate Artificial Intelligence in order to provide highly effective customer service.
- Prior experience with Twilo Flex is highly desirable but not strictly necessary.
