Change the text on a graphics banner

We have a banner in AI format that needs two lines of text that need to be changed on a banner as follows:

Replace
“Enhanced Features”
with
“100% Cloud-Based”

Replace
“100% Cloud-Based”
with these two lines:
“Include Photos While Creating
The Electronic Manifest”

** DO NOT INCLUDE THE " MARKS **

The rest of the banner after the second change will need to be moved down a little bit to fit correctly.

You will need to provide BOTH a new AI file, and a PRESS READY PDF file.
