Change the Graphics in my PLR Planner

I am looking for someone that can rebrand my plr planner. I need a digital version that can be edited by the buyer and a printable version. There are 46 pages including the front and back covers. I need new graphics designed. I want to include stickers. Please be ready to give me your price as I will not tell you my budget. I already have the planner, I just need the graphics changed.
