Catalog designer for workshop

I am looking for a catalog designer for my workshop. The purpose of the catalog is to provide information about the workshop and attract attendees. I would like the catalog to be available in both printed and digital formats. As I do not have any specific images or text to include, I would need the freelancer to provide all materials for the catalog.
