Cartoonize our Botnaical Garden's Map

We are a small 6-acre botanical gardens/arboreteum and are getting ready to open up for the community to do self-guided tours. Looking to have the map created in an artisitic way. Off the top of my head, I am picturing a cartoon style, similar to the file labeled "cartoon example example". However, I am open to the designers interpretation. Labels do not need to be added as I will go in and add them later on. The garden tours are free to the public and will be used as an outlet for education for the community. We don't plan on charging for tours so budget is low for this. Please let me know if $100 is not realistic as this is my first time working with a freelancer. The actual map is the file labeled as "Sims TLC Map". I got this map off Google maps and made a few small edits. Please let me know if you need the address to find it yourself.
