Cartoonish T-shirt Design and Logo

I'm looking for a creative T-shirt designer who can also create a logo and provide a mock-up ready for print.

Requirements:
- Graphic-heavy, cartoonish style and text and graphics
- Main element of the logo should be an illustration
- Experience in T-shirt design and logo creation
- Ability to provide print-ready mock-up

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong illustration skills, particularly in cartoonish style
- Proficiency in graphic design software
