Cartoonish Shirt & Cooler Graphic

I'm have an image I created, that will be printed on shirts, hats and stubby coolers etc. I just need it done right, or should I say cleaned up and put in to serval formats for printing purposes. so I'm keen to work with a designer who can offer creativity and flexibility. i already have the bike image I paid for which I can send you. So basically, this should be easy work as I have the main picture.
