Cartoonish Digital Fantasy Artwork -- 2

I'm in need of a talented artist who can create custom, vibrant, cartoonish, digital artwork with a fantasy theme, for a child's bedroom. The artwork should be bursting with colour and capturing elements typically associated with the chosen theme. Something similar to picture attached but better.. it must be a sardine can or advertising poster of a sardines brand with the main label saying "Sadines", and in smaller text something like made in Australia from 50% welsh sardines.
