Cartoon/ drawing style Manual & Video for Arcade game

I already have a full set up and gameplay-walkthrough video for our new game, but I want to turn it into polished teaching material that feels fun and on-brand. The job has two parts:

1. PDF manual
• Follow the structure of the existing video, breaking it into logical steps.
• Replace raw screenshots/ video with original, simple-and-clean cartoon drawings of the scenes, characters and key interface elements.
• Deliver a fully laid-out, high-resolution PDF ready for digital download (and print if we decide later).

2. Cartoon-style tutorial video
• Re-edit or recreate the current footage so every frame matches the same clean cartoon aesthetic.
• Keep narration/timing from the source clip but raise overall production quality.

Using AI illustration or motion-graphics tools is fine—as long as the final assets are cohesive and license-safe.

Acceptance criteria
• 15–20 page PDF manual in vector or 300 dpi format.
• HD (1080p) cartoon video that mirrors the manual’s flow.
• Source artwork and project files included for future tweaks.
