"Cartoon-Themed Battle T-shirt Design"

Looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a visually-driven, cartoon style, battle-themed t-shirt design for our kids' Battle of the Books team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in graphic design with a creative flair
- Prior experience in designing cartoon-themed graphics would be advantageous
- Strong visual design skills
Project Details:
- The t-shirt design should be based on a battle theme
- A Cartoon style should be used for the design
- The design should be more visual-oriented than text-oriented
- We require a design that is captivating and appeals to kids
- request a girl (or team of girls) using a book as a shield carrying a sword made out of the words "words", battling books flying at her
- looking for a file I can upload onto a website to print onto a shirt-- all in white outlines to be printed onto a brightly colored shirt
