Cartoon T-Shirt Design of Smiling Instructor

I'm looking for a cartoon-style T-shirt design featuring a smiling face of an instructor. The instructor should be depicted wearing a hat and glasses. The design should be fun and engaging, suitable for a T-shirt.
Key Requirements:
