Care of Older Adult medication poster

I am looking for a visionary designer to produce a poster to improve the care of older adults. The purpose of the poster is to educate, remind, and present information to older adults about their medications. My vision is to have 7 sections of the poster that include information on a variety of different medications, ranging from vitamins to pain medications. The dimensions of the poster do not matter as it will be posted online. I do however, have 7 categories of medications that must be highlighted with content specific to each category that I will provide.
