Card holder sleeve with zip lock entry

Card sleeve holder for pokemon cards mainly. As in video the current card holder sleeve is not sufficient enough to prevent cards falling out or gathering dust over time. Thats why i want to have something that has like a zip tie to hold the cards in like in the pictured sandwich bad. This should be relatively easy to make just need someone with the tools and equiptment to make it.
