Caravan Park Brochure

I'm looking to have a brochure designed for my caravan park. I'm after an A5 size brochure and I need it to have a completely new design. The brochure will feature information about the accommodation options available at the caravan park. It will give potential customers an idea of the different types of accommodation that are on offer, such as camping sites, cabins, caravan sites, and more. The design needs to be visually appealing, as well as informative. I'm open to new ideas about what features the brochure should include too.
