CarToon ---37 Plymouth with Aunt and Uncle swing dancing in front

I'm looking for an artist with a cartoonish style to create a unique CarToon featuring a 1937 Plymouth car, with my Aunt and Uncle swing dancing in front of car - I'm looking for something in vivid color, as it should make a great T-Shirt Specifically, I'd like the car to include some nice detailing and designs, while my Aunt and Uncle should be dressed in 1940's costumes to give the cartoon a vintage look. I understand that the artist may need a few additional details to bring this project to life, so if you have any suggestions, please let me know.
