I'm looking for a talented designer to create a simple but visually appealing quote for my capsule house offer in PDF format.

You'll be given the specifics to incorporate. I haven't decided on a color scheme but I want something aesthetically pleasing. There are no preferred fonts for this project, your professional judgment on what looks best is welcomed.
