Capability Statement For Consultancy Business -- 2
Budget: $80 – $200 AUD
I need a fresh, corporate-style capability statement crafted into a 6–9 pages for my engineering business. Most images and text content is ready; what I’m missing is a clean design eye to pull everything together.
Here’s the brief in a nutshell:
Pages - 6 - 9 pages in total. A nice and awe-inspiring front page, introduction - 1 page, About us - 1 page Director - 1 page, Services - 3 to 6 pages depending upon how can you fit the content, Contact us - 1 page
(The above is what we think will work but we will rely on your expertise to guide us).
Colors - Have corporate color palette. I will provide the RGBs.
Fonts - Prefer modern and clear typefaces such as Helvetica. Lato etc.
Layout - Has to be clean with a mix of provided imagery and text. Shall not either too busy or just too simple or minimal. Looking for a good balance.
Beyond that, feel free to suggest subtle graphic elements or iconography that reinforce an engineering & consultancy feel without overpowering the corporate tone.
MOST IMPORTANT:
You are free to use whichever software or tools you need to design the document however the final document will have to be delivered preferably in ppt. The only reason I ask the final design to be delivered in PPT is that I could edit it later on. PLEASE DO NOT design the document as a presentation. Only the final document shall be delivered in ppt format to allow editing however the design is not meant to be a typical pitch deck presentation. Most freelancers who have approached me have missed this most vital point.
Deliverables
• Fully editable .pptx file (6–9 slides) or any other
• Consistent master slide/theme so I can add pages later
• All fonts, icons, or style assets packaged or embedded
