1) Cover page demonstrating medications to take when you travel (editable title)
2) Safely Packing, organising and transporting medications, taking prescription with you
3) Snowy/cold/skiing destinations. = dry skin, frostbite
4) Hot/sun/beach/island/tanning = sunburn, heat stroke
5) Mountain climbing/hiking/trekking = muscle aches, bruises
