Canva to Print-Ready Labels

I need help converting a Canva document into print-ready product labels. The labels are rectangular with a large circle near the top.

Requirements:
- Transfer Canva design to a print-ready format
- Ensure correct dimensions and bleed 62x145mm
- Preserve design quality and
- Convert to CMYK
- 3mm bleed
- convert text to outlines
