Canva Newsletter convert with already designed clickable graphic boxes and links to Mac Mail + TEST

I’ve designed a newsletter in Canva that contains a balanced mix of text blocks, images, and several clickable buttons. Everything looks perfect inside Canva, yet once I export to PDF and drop it into Mac Mail the layout shifts and, worse, the links stop working.

Convert existing design into an email-ready format that I can paste or import directly into Mac Mail.

If you have solid experience converting Canva (or similar) designs into HTML or RTF emails for Apple Mail, I’d love to see how you’ve solved this problem before and how you handle link preservation, image hosting/embedding, and responsive tweaks. Once we agree on the approach, I’ll share the Canva file and expect a Mac-Mail-ready file that I can test and send immediately.

This is a one off task as no one was supposed to use CANVA for this ever - not a program we use. Snap shot of a page included there are about 4 more pages like this.
