Canva Designer for Birthday Invitation Templates
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for a creative and reliable Canva designer to help us build a collection of visually engaging digital kids’ birthday invitations. These invitations will be used for online delivery and must be shared as Canva Template Links.
Project Scope:
You will be required to create 6 designs for each theme (30 designs in total) as follows:
- 4 single-page designs (1080x1920 px)
- 2 two-page designs (1080x1920 px) with simple animations (using Canva's animation tools)
All designs must include the provided invitation text (see below) and be themed around:
- Spider-Man x 6 designs
- Batman x 6 designs
- Superman x 6 designs
- Elsa & Anna (Frozen) x 6 designs
- Masha and the Bear x 6 designs
We may expand into more characters/themes with successful collaboration.
Invitation Text (must be in Cyrillic as shown):

Design Requirements:
- Designs must be completely unique!!!
- ALL ELEMENTS USED from Canva library must be FREE!!! No pro elements accepted!
- Format: 1080x1920 px
- Style: Colorful, fun, child-friendly
- Language: Cyrillic (Bulgarian)
Delivery: Canva Template Share Links only (no exports or static images)
Design Tool: Canva only (Free elements only!)
Mandatory Sample Test: To be considered, you must complete ONE sample design in Canva using the invitation text above.
- Theme for Sample: choose from the list above
- Format: 1080x1920 px
- Deliverable: Share Canva Template Link in your proposal or via message.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in Canva designs (portfolio required)
- Familiar with animated elements in Canva
- Able to follow brand requirements and deliver consistently
- Reliable and communicative
- Understands children’s aesthetics and cartoon themes
To Apply:
Please include:
- A link to your Canva portfolio or 2–3 relevant designs
- Your timeline for completing the 30 total designs
- Your sample template (as described above)

- The Budget for this project is fixed: 50$ per 30 designs.
