CREATE IMAGE AND VIDEO ADS FOR GOOGLE ADS *Read before you Click*

I need the following to be created for a campaign:
Image ads of following dimensions
1200X628
1200X1200
960X1200
Video ads of following dimensions
1,080 pixels x 1,920 pixels
1920 pixels x 1080 pixels
The aforesaid video ads will be created using text slides that you will create with suitable transition effects so that the message is crisp and clear and conveyed within the first 5 seconds of 10 second ad.

I will provide the text, and logo.

This could be ongoing project for the right person, multiple projects.

OUTPUT: psd files, and png files and mp4 files

TALENT , TECHINICAL SKILL AND ETHICS NECESSARY (SHOULD NOT 'BORROW' FROM GOOGLE IMAGES)

Will not accept most bids from India Pakistan region, with rare exceptions.
