COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE OFFERING MEMORANDUMS

Must be able to provide a first draft of provided data/photos and narrative to populate an offering memorandum created as a template.
GOAL IS TO SELL OR LEASE A PROPERTY FOR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE USES BY THE GENERAL INVESTMENT PUBLIC.
Ideal offering memorandum will be between 3-7 pages only and specific to Commercial real estate including land, apartments, retail buildings and assorted similar.
Ideally a candidate will be familiar with Esri Site To Do Business OR other similar programs and can pull infographics pertinent to each assignment so understanding of mapping programs important or to integrated client provided items into presentation that looks comprehensive to subject matter on each page.
First drafts matter- justified script- matching fonts and color scheme- excellent grammar and understanding of placing narrative next to photos to support the story and messaging of the project.
I supply the photos and narrative for each project-
I provide a layout and outside sample of what I hope my project will look like when you are completed with it.
You prepare the project using your color and design elements to accomplish my outline of information in a comprehensive - understandable format for the third party readers to understand what I am either selling -leasing or opportunity offered.
Using the photos to match the script/narrative.
Provide a first draft to me with correct spelling and justified script and color coordinated fonts and script well laid out.
THIS FIRST DRAFT hopefully can be provided to my client who hired me to transact on the Commercial Real Estate needs to approve the messaging.
