CAFM 365 – Microsoft 365-Based Digital Twin for Facility Management -- 2
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD
The project aims to design and implement a comprehensive, model-driven Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system based on Microsoft 365.
The solution establishes a unified conceptual data model as the digital backbone, connecting buildings, spaces, assets, documents, contracts, tickets, and operational FM processes within one integrated platform.
By orchestrating SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft 365 services, the system will provide modular functionality for space management, maintenance, asset management, booking, energy monitoring, workplace management, and further facility-related processes.
The platform is designed to be scalable, multi-tenant capable, role-based, and certification-ready according to GEFMA 444, ensuring long-term usability, transparency, and compliance.
The development and implementation process includes structured review and correction cycles, which will be carried out until the agreed functional scope and required performance level are fully achieved.
