*The Opportunity*
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who shares our passion for creating user-centric, visually stunning, and intuitive digital platforms. You’ll play a critical role in designing our website and web app, ensuring a seamless experience for SMB owners with minimal tech experience. This is a collaborative role where you’ll work closely with the founders to bring our vision to life.

*What You’ll Do*

Website & Platform Design
- Design intuitive layouts for our homepage, service subpages, and core web app features.
- Create user journey flows to visualize the interaction between SMB owners and our platform.
- Develop prototypes for customization tools, dashboards, and service management panels.

Design Objectives
- Prioritize simplicity, interactivity, and customization to create a user-friendly experience.
- Maintain consistent branding and accessibility (WCAG standards).
- Create interactive demos and previews to enhance engagement.

Collaborative Workflow
- Partner with the founders for iterative design reviews and refinement.
- Document all designs meticulously on Figma, including wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and annotations for development handoff.

Expected Deliverables
- Wireframes for the homepage, Website Builder, and dashboard.
- High-fidelity mockups for customization tools and service pages.
- User journey flows and onboarding designs.
- Comprehensive Figma documentation for seamless collaboration.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of website and web app designs.
- Proficiency in Figma for prototyping, documentation, and version control.
- Ability to design for both desktop and mobile platforms, with a focus on responsive design.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the founders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality designs.
- Proficiency in speaking English. Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with potential team members and management.
