We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media and Graphic Design Freelancer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our business pages on various social media platforms and creating visually appealing graphics using Canva.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers and ultimately sales
Create visually stunning graphics and templates using Canva
Work with the marketing team to develop and maintain a content calendar
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to adjust strategies as needed
Respond to messages and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
Identify and engage with potential customers and industry influencers on social media
Track referral sources and ensure proper commission payments are made based on fee structure
Provide regular reports on social media performance to the marketing team
Stay up to date with trends and changes in social media and graphic design best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing and graphic design
Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them to promote businesses effectively
Proficient in Canva or other graphic design software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of referral-based fee structures
Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
