Business Card Revision

I like the current design of my business card. I need help with getting the artwork in a form that the printer will accept. The printing company that I've chosen has rejected the artwork that I've attached to the post. I need the type on the business card to come out crisp and sharp and I need the black and orange colors to be as rich as possible. Thanks
