Business Card Recreation

I've lost my business card file and need someone to recreate it for me.
Details:
- The final business card file needs to be in JPEG format.
- I have some assets but will need others created.
- Specific information to be included on the card: my name and job title, my phone number and email, and the company name and address.
Ideal skills for this project include graphic design, familiarity with creating business card layouts, and ability to create assets as needed. Experience with business card design will be a big plus.
