Business Card Reconstruction

I have a business card I'm looking to get copies for. I'll attach some images of the card for reference. This was my uncle's business card, and it was made some time ago on card stock that seems to have been forgotten. I'm looking to get near-exact copies of it made. They would need the same glossy, "wavy" background and the same 3D shiny lettering. The back of the card is blank. Most places I check with tell me they can't do both a glossy background (since they can't reproduce that card stock) and also do glossy lettering. Can someone here do this for me? I would like to give the original to my uncle's daughter as a keepsake and the others to the rest of the family who would also like a keepsake of the man. The image titled, "comparison" shows the original on the bottom and the best Staples could do on top. I'm okay with the letting Staples did on the top example, but they couldn't do the background well enough.
