Bus Depot & Parking Lot Design

I am looking to acquire a property and need to verify that local building codes and space can accommodate our needs for a bus depot and parking area. I am working with the municipal seller and have city contacts. I just need a rough design for the proposal. Needs to fit within building guidelines from multiple agencies.

Ideal candidate has ability to seek out restrictions and pit falls and avoid them with a design that can accomplish the business needs. If rough design meets government approval formal design and plans maybe ordered.
