To whom it may concern,
I’m looking for a freelance web developer to build the official website of Tashi Real State.
The website will be a one-page corporate site, aligned with our brand identity (logo and corporate colors provided: terracotta #c6643f, dark blue #003865, beige #dcc9a8; typography Moserrat, Lato and Open Sans).
I have the domain reserved and the website will be built with Dinahost.
Sections to be included:
1. Primary language Spanish, secondary language English
2. Home → slogan, subheading, logo, and CTA.
3. Our Values → 3 columns with icons.
4. Process → six-step vertical timeline.
5. Open Book Model → explanation of our client system for real-time project tracking.
6. About → company vision and founder’s professional background.
7. Contact → form with name, surname, phone, email, message.
8. Legal, privacy and cookies policies to be considered
Requirements:
• Clean, modern, and mobile-responsive design.
• Clear typography and professional layout.
• GDPR-compliant (site will be hosted in the EU).
• Integration of basic intranet/client area (consultation-only, updated weekly)_not urgent.
• CRMs to be implemented_not urgent
• Contact form with email setup (2 corporate accounts).
Please provide with estimated timeline and cost.
