Building designer architect -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I am looking for a building designer architect to design a residential building with a traditional architectural style. The area where the building will be constructed is small, Approx 1,000 sq ft.
We are modifying an existing 32ft x32ft building by installing new windows and doors as well as building new roof.
I can supply pictures of the existing building and rough draft hand sketches of the improvements we plan on making.
Skills and Experience:
- Must be a qualified BCIN designer of Ontario
- Strong understanding of residential building design and the Ontario building code.
- Proficiency in traditional architectural styles
- Experience designing small-scale projects
- Ability to optimize space in a limited area
- Attention to detail and ability to create aesthetically pleasing designs within a small footprint
