I am seeking a skilled freelancer or team to develop a complete web platform that allows users to share or sell their personal expertise in various formats. This will be a hybrid of e-learning, professional networking, and digital service delivery.

Images or photo-based learning content

Client/Learner: Browses and purchases experience-based services
Expert/Instructor: Uploads and sells their knowledge in the forms listed above
Admin: Manages users, content, transactions, analytics, and disputes

• 100% payment after full project delivery and successful testing
• Milestone payment may be created but will only be released after full completion

• Full source code and intellectual property to be handed over
• Code should be clean, well-documented, and version-controlled (GitHub or GitLab)
3. Testing & Handover:
• Complete testing on staging environment
• Final delivery must be deployable and ready for launch
• Support for 1 month post-delivery for bug fixing or minor adjustments
4. Future Phases (optional for long-term):
• Mobile apps (iOS + Android)
• AI recommendation engine for matching learners with content
• Affiliate marketing system
• Enterprise portal for HR/education institutions
