Build me a website and business cards

I need business cards.....My Business name is (Sweet Gypsy Rose LLC) I Would like a sweet looking Cowgirl Gypsy with a Rose and Jewlery that looks like Kinsley Armelle Jewlery see below...The card should somehow make the jewlery stand out on the gypsy.
I would like a nice website with the logo and just bright and sparkly if thats something that can be done.
