Build me a website

I'm trying to help a friend find someone to create her a website quickly. I tried myself, but am so lost. She needs it done by the end of April. The only thing I did get done is buy her a domain from Namecheap. But even that is confusing to me. I watched to many videos that made it look easy, when it's not. Well not for me.
