Build me a website

I am looking to build a new website for my business (surgical practice).

I’m looking for someone experienced to design and work with me on creating a new site using wix or wordpress. I need something very simple to begin with - only 4 pages, that I can build on later.
I have a specific design in mind.
I will require a contact form that is linked to my email and a link to a YouTube video.
I already have a domain name and hosting.
