Build a virtual expo & events platform

We wanted to build our own virtual expo & events platform. We should be able to list multiple events simultaneously & interested exhibitors or visitors can register online for event of their choice. Exhibitors should be able to select booth-packages, have facility for audio-video chat etc. You can check for any virtual platforms online for an idea. Important we need someone who has a proper team to handle this. We have had problems in past with people claiming ability to do projects but they did not have the necessary skills. So please bid only if you can really do it, else not. focus on UI/UX design, cloud network for seamless experience, video architecture .
