Build my project/ a website for NFT minting/graphic design for nfts

I want all aspects of web 3.0 as possible, that looks good. Java can probably get away with how Id like the opening, kind of a fading portal that sucks u into the website and u land in our metaverse. We are just starting our project. So you'd be involved in all design aspects up to and including coding AI, VR, NFTs. Id like someone who can code and design.
