Pooches Kitchen is a family-owned and operated startup launching Spring 2023 that delivers fresh, nutritious dog food that is tailored to meet your dog’s specific needs.
Our Audience
Our primary audience is our product consumer: dog owners in the United States who are concerned about the quality of the food they are feeding their furry family members. Though we will be offering our meals at a more affordable price than our competitors, our customers tend to be professionals with some disposable income. They work full time, not leaving a ton of time to shop for pet food, and prefer that almost everything they buy for themselves, their household, or their pets gets delivered straight to their door. They care about aesthetics, have a sense of humor, and prefer straightforward communications. Our customers are often well-educated and somewhat informed about pet nutrition and the importance of feeding their dog a balanced diet. Pooches customers are conscientious and caring dog owners who have strong emotional connections with their pets and view them as members of their families.
Website Objectives
Our website’s number one objective is to generate monthly subscriptions for dog food delivery. The recipe(s) that the customer receives will be determined by a questionnaire that the customer will fill out on the website with details about their dog, such as age, weight, and activity level. The website will then direct the customer to the results page with the option to purchase and/or begin their monthly subscription.

Our initial offering will be 3 recipes for sale in 1lb quantities. Our chicken recipe, grain-free turkey recipe, and beef recipe.
