Build iGuides, playbooks and updated SOPs/working practices

We are a start-up company that need to update our SOPs to reflect the company name, personnel and practice. We have draft and templates but will need to be modified since some are in PDF format and will need to be in either a website and/or sheet form. Will need to create playbooks and iGuides to reflect the new information.
