Build me a high definition logo brand kit

I'm setting up a new business and would like to get a logo developed which reflects the business and also have all the required images/files along with the logo. I kind of have the logo which isn't high def and needs a bit of work to make it look cleaner.
Along with the logo I'll need the high def banner with the same image.

The hands on the image don't look that great they need to be clear too
