Build me a custom movie poster
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
Hello, I am looking for a custom movie poster for personal use. I want the movie poster to be for a fictional Starwars movie called 'Binks'. (With the theme of the poster being Jar Jar Binks as a sith lord).
I have an image to base the poster off (BINKS.jpg), and the final should look very similar, just more professionally touched up. I also want there to be a cast/crew list at bottom in movie poster style. With following description:

STARRING AHMED BEST EWAN McGREGOR NATALIE PORTMAN HAYDEN CHRISTENSEN IAN McDIARMID SAMUEL L. JACSON CHRISTOPHER LEE

Which will be formatted in standard movie poster format, similar to how I have formatted in refrence image, but with all the additional publication info ex) '20th Centruy Fox' similar to how is formatted in the bottom of the Return of the Jedi poster I have attached. (RotJ.jpg)
I'd also like the movie poster title to be maybe similar to how it was done in the refrence image (the line following title needs improvement for sure) but with similar texturing to the 'Starwars Acolytes' title. (Acolyte.png) Feel free to have lots of creativity to whatever you think looks best in the title here though.
I've also attached the base image I am using for the movie poster background. (DarthJarJar.png). As well as two font files, that you can use if you'd like, StarJedi-DGRW.ttf is the font used for StarWars titles usually. And sf_movie_poster.zip contains fonts often used for cast lists.
