Build a no-code app using Siberian CMS

I am looking to build a no-code app which will allow users and instructors/service providers to connect with each other for online lessons. For my part I will probably orient myself towards the purchase of an open source platform hosted on my own server: it is SIBERIAN CMS. I am thinking of buying the Multi-App edition platform and installing it on my server in Singapore.

Are you able to build a model like "Booky" (see https://zeroqode.com/template/booky---bookings--appointments-template-1505303508367x672557460884029400) with the SIBERIAN platform and install it on my server?

To do this I can buy a base model on Siberian, (https://siberiancms.dexbytes.com/product/phonebook/ + appointment pro + appointment pro premium...) to serve as a base and configure it to meet my requirements (those cited in the description of my project).

I can provide a tree structure of my project based on the booky model.

- Can send a message to the instructor
- Can become an instructor

Instructor
- Can add/create list (lesson)
- Ability to choose a cancellation policy for each listing separately (out of 5)
- Receives on-site notifications about certain events
- Can send a message to the Client
- Can cancel an ad
- Approves the reservation before the customer pays for it
- Is able to see all upcoming and past reservations.

Administrator
- Manage users (add, delete)
- Manage categories (add, edit, delete)
- See popular locations
- Consult the list of transactions
- Manage testimonials on the landing page (add, modify, delete).
