Build a blog

I am 66 years old and have lived and worked all over the world. My friends tell me I should share my experiences with them. So I want to set up a blog. I want to have my own domain. I want the posting experience to be extremely easy. Photos and text.
Assume I have zero knowledge of technology when you send proposal.

I have no idea what skills are required. Since this website forces you to choose skills I have randomly picked some.
