Build a bespoke digital sticker!

We're an environmental charity based in the UK. We're looking to get a sense of feasibility and cost to build a platform where people can download a digital sticker after making a donation. The idea is that they could follow a QR code, and apply the branded digital sticker to a photo of their choosing after making a donation to the charity, then share this on their social media to raise awareness and support for our work.
