Build An Ad Template

We provide a weekly add template for a Grocery Store which includes a customer profile (article and photo) and employee photos. The newspaper we submit the template to adds weekly sale items to the ad. I need someone to either become my main designer for this project or at least a backup designer. I will supply you with all the info for the fonts that are to used throughout, and you're are essentially building your own template.
