Build a Scratch character (.svg file)

I want to design a scratch character for use at :
https://scratch.mit.edu/
Base on the file attached.
You must create 5 svg file for 5 states:
1. Stand (Normal)
2. Walking
3. Jumping
4. Clapping
5. Crying
Note: All part must be isolated (head, eyes, hand, leg on diffirent layer), colored
