Build Packaging & dropper design

I need a design for a dropper and its packaging, job will consist of the following elements:

-Designing both packaging and dropper acording to sugested template
-Once designed, format according to manufacture specification within dieline template
-Providing design in Vector file (and other potential formats like psd as back-up)
