Build me a Construction Fence Banner

I'm Looking for a professional who could design a construction fence banner of 4x120meters, the design will include photos of the project along with the logos of construction firms, engineering firms, contractors, and the government municipality logo. the design should consist of a background and a space to be provided for the pictures to be attached as we haven't finalized the photos to be in the banners and also for the contractor logo we are still finalizing the contractor to handle our project. once done both high-resolution jpg and the illustrator file are required. below is a sample construction fence to give an idea of the required banner.
