Build a CRM for my staff training

Want to build a CRM for my restaurant staff training. Main dashboard to have multiple restaurants sub dashboard. Each sub dashboard can accommodate 50 trainings. Total of 17 stations to have 17 training videos. each station to also have certification process. Certifications to be assigned by the admin of the sub dashboard or main dashboard. Email reminders to complete the certifications, each certification to come with timer, back end to have strong reporting process about % of certifies employees etc..
